And now this system is mainly providing trading and chi flat iron storesettlement service on two chi flat iron storesites - HSBC Broking Services (Asia) Limited (HCBS) and Global Banking and Markets (GB&M). b) I have been providing production support for more than 2 years. The production support ability and problem solving skill have been recognized by customers and management. c) Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (S.W.I.F.T.) messages development – I had participated in the development and support work on payment and settlement via S.W.I.F.T. messages in GRBS. d) P-Lite Project – This project is a part of HSBC Europe Expansion Programme which aims to migrate balance sheet from HCFP(HSBC Paris) to HBEU(HSBC Europe). Due to this project’s globalization, I worked with various local and overseas IT departments and users. I was responsible for providing analysis, development and support on this project from GRBS standpoint. This project was successfully launched in Nov2009 without defect in GRBS. Finally the whole P-Lite project team had received thank you letter from the business on this success, and I have also won the RISE award (Refer to below Awards section) from HSDC management due to this contribution. e) Chinese Statement and Contract Note Project – Due to increasing no. of Chinese Mainland customers in HCBS, GRBS is requested to enhance current English HCBS Statement and Contract Note to support Simplified Chinese printing based on clients’ request. I have been participating in both development work and management. Now this project is under User Acceptance Test stage and so far the result is positive. It targets to be launched in Jun2010. 1)Due to more than 2 years production experience, I am able to well communicate with customers and other IT departments. 2)Due to nearly 4 years working experience on iSeries platform, I am able to handle any urgent production issue efficiently. 3)From minor enhancement to major projects, I have been working as a leader to supervise the junior colleagues in the team. 4)I have ability to obtain new knowledge and adapt to new environment quickly. 5)Highly motivated and commitment to work.http://www.shantara.ru/forum
